i understand what you're saying about the £1K but if the club gets into giving season tickets away for funding up front they are replicating what Leeds Utd did under Peter Ridsdale and we all know where that went.

I agree, but i feel that if we wre to put 1k in then we should get something in return because 1k is a lot of money for your average fan.



Could another way to raise the 500k be offering fans a 10 year season ticket at 1.5k which inludes all the gold memeber privelidges. This would offer a saving to the fans whilst providing a cash injection for the club.

i admire you for wanting to help but are you insane. we could go bust and youd lose the lot. we havnt got a prayer of raising that,the bod know that and are playing another game. DO NOT BE FOOLED.

I agree that it would be a risk but it could be a risk that need taking in order to save the club.



Also Mopsey, you could help get rid of Ted if you want to put your money in.

For me, it's the uncertainty. If I knew it would guarantee a future, they can have my thousand, and maybe a bit more, but I'm not sure there is any guarantee that there would be a future even if it was raised. I don't mind giving money to save the club. I just don't want to give money if it simply postpones the demise for a year or so. Which, of course, is the self-fulfilling prophesy, because if everyone thought like me, no-one will hand the cash over.



I left Yorkshire a few years ago, but I never stopped being a tight-ar$e. Some things stay with you.
