There are certain positions within a SL club that must be filled by people with the relevant qualifications or experience and so there may need to be an element of recruitment by those elected to act on behalf of the shareholders.
Initially there is no reason why those currently employed could'nt stay but I imagine there are some who the shareholders would want removed and who equally would want to go. |
