I thought Morgan was disappointing in the tests, didnt seem to know whether to stick or twist. He really is much more fluent in the one dayers.

A lot of the holding back in the tests was because the toffs didnt like to see extravagant shots played during them i think this was in the back of his mind.

With the exceptions of Ponting, Clarke and Hussey is this the most average Aussie squad you've seen for a long, long time or what?? I know they are missing a fair few bowlers but go through the squad and at best you'd say they were decent players. First time in ages that no-one in the whole squad really scares you.

Roll on the Bangladesh series, it'd be good to see this England team against opposition that might provide us with some competition!

Very, but a) England are a pretty good one day side right now and b) the Aussies are pretty weak, as someone has said, no names that scare you at present. May be very different come the winter down under.

I just hope we are not peaking too soon. The main time to be playing well, and despite the poor opposition we are playing particularly well, is next year in the World Cup. It would be great to have the one day double.
