Just wondering who everybody's current favorite player is, and who there alltime favouite player was. Mine would be Joel Tomkins currently, because of his passion and work rate. (previously it was Hock)

My all time favorite player would be Andy Gregory because of his skills and abilities, and the fact that he never looked in good shape yet was a fantastic player.

Current- Leuluai probably. You never get anything less then 100% from him and he's getting better all the time.



Alltime- Ellery Hanley........what can you say, the main man!

I don't really have a current favourite player, but I do enjoy watching Joel and Sam Tomkins.



Both Wigan lads who genuinally seem love playing for the club which shows in their performances and reactions to tries being scored.



Past players; Henry Paul, Martin Dermott & Trent Barrett.

At the moment Its between Phelps merely because at the start of the season I will hold my hand up and say I didnt once think he would bring anything to the side and I can remember saying to my dad on Good Friday when he played Fullback That he would be going at the end of the season because he is not good enough but how wrong has he proves not just me but many more who wrote him off! Im really beginning to take to Phelps and think he can be one of our fullbacks for many years to come.



The others are the Tomkins brothers I really do believe that in the future Joel will be our captain just for reasons like when Mossop got grappled tackled against Leeds he was straight there in the middle of the action just like Andy Farrell would of been I think he is a born leader and the delight that he showed when he scored the try shows he has allot of pride in his home town club. Also I also believe Sam will be the one to lead our side to bigger and better things in the future he is a outstanding prospect and he has the world at his feet imo.



Seeing as im only 16 unfortunately I wasnt present for the legendary players that wore the famous cherry and white with the likes of Boston, Andy Gregory, Edwards the list goes on but one of the best players I have seen since watching Wigan has to be Kris Radlinski he is my all time favourate player.
