| Handed in written transfer request. I still think halfback is a problem we have never addressed properly. Brough obviously is top class and feel if he had another like him alongside we would move to that next level. Robbo goes ok but feel his best position is Hooker. We havent had 2 proper out and out halfbacks for longer than I care to remember. Think its deffo a signing we should be looking to try and make.

| I imagine Marc Sneyd is already well and truly on the radar but that he's on everyone else's aswell. However, judging by the Crazy Dr's response he's going nowhere or at least not unless a whole lot of cash is stumped up. Would be very happy if we did sign him, mind.

| Would be a great aide to Danny, saying that he looks to be a class player in his own right, would certainly take some pressure of Brough.

| Salford have also signed Dobson from next season - I can see one of Sneyd or Chase leaving.

| l think you have to be very carefull who you pair with Brough, he is Captain and see,s himself as top gun, l think that was the problem when Brown was Captain, Broughy wants to be No 1.
lmagine Sammut or Chase here, they can turn a game on its head, by doing something off the cuff that is absolutely brilliant, or absolutely disasterous, in equal measure, do something stupid, and Broughy will be spitting and snarling at them, do something great, and Broughy will be spitting and snarling at them.
Syned actually comes across as just a good alround player, young, with lots of potential, just the type to cope with a supporting roll to Brough, Wood is doing that at the moment, but with both Brough and Robbo getting on a bit, players like Syned should and no doubt are being tracked.
ln Anderson we trust.

| Seems daft to me. Salford are refusing to let Sneyd go, but have bought in Dobson to play alongside chase ( not convinced they are a complimentary pair anyway) so Sneyd comes back, possibly using up cap space to get a monk on sat on the bench-or worse in the stands. He rarely plays, he's out of the shop window on a personal level, it causes friction within the squad. Next year he's a free agent he gets a lower salary than he can ask now-and Salford get diddly squat for him.
