I know this has been mentioned elsewhere under different threads but what does everyone think of the latest addition to the squad ? for me to get ricky signed up on a 3 yr deal is a fantastic just has he should be coming to the best years as a prop forward. anyone know how old ricky is i thought around 28/29 ?

Ricky is about 26/27 I think

D.O.B: 22/09/1981 - Makes him 28 next month



I for one (for what it's worth) welcome him back I think under IM he will be a great asset to our team

For the Leigh knockers it is "what have they signed him again for" or "we've had him before and what did he do?



Well i have never really been a big fan but from what i have seen this season he has matured as a player a great deal and has stood up very well in SL. Rickey is Big powerful and has a good pair of hands add his experience to Hilly Morrison and Meeks and we have Props to rival anyone, add Big Phil if he signs and i would say that they are as good as the Brads, Timmy days!

Bibey has had a great season playing for Wakefield - bit gutted we haven't resigned him.

Top signing for us, have watched him a few times on SKY playing for Wakey and has been excellent for them.......cant beleive they never resigned him TBH, there loss is our gain.

I always liked Ricky on the field when he was here before, unfortunately I don't think rugby was always his first priority then and perhaps he wasn't 'man managed' correctly.

However since going to Wakefield I think he's come on leaps and bounds under a great coach, and I think we are getting a player who can more than hold his own in front of any opposition. I'm really pleased we've re-signed him, he's the right age and I think he'll do great for us.
