more interestingly as he had confirmed his signing with the crusaders does he qualify for the quota dispensation offered by thr RFL ?

Don't know if it's confirmed but Russell Crowe said on Twitter that he was a really good prospect and would do great in SL.



Hopefully he will come over to us, would be another good young signing.

Think from what I've read he would have too, does say on the Rabbits profile page that he is a 2nd row or lock, though he is the right type of age and size for me to blend in well.

Would be a decent signing. Hardworking forward. Not as big as Cashmere but runs on to the ball at pace which I would hope he continued to do if he came. Has seen a fair amount of game time this year due to the high number of injuries at Souths.

Noticed that Jason Chan PNG has signed a 3 year deal with Huddersfield Giants

It just occured to me that he is still a contracted player of Souths until the NRL season ends so can he technically have signed for the Crusaders yet? might have agreed in principle to join them but unless he has put pen to paper legally I doubt they will allow him to come play over here and not count as an over seas player.

After the scramble to sign journeymen Aussies who dont count on the quota I wonder if there will be anyone interested in signing any of the welsh lads who have come through their system.



Lloyd White looks like a player with potential, Gil Dudson has size and is a strong runner and Eliott Kear could be worth a look. Ive only seen bits of them but salary wise they wouldnt be demanding a fortune.



Mcpherson has stepped up for Souths this year with long term injuries to Asotasi, Burgess and others. Wholehearted player, reminds me a little of Rutgerson in attitude.
