Could we see Salford cause a little upset tonight?

Nah can't see it myself. Our record against Saints is woeful and I fear they'll just be that bit quicker, stronger & smarter. 2 of the weakest parts of our game this season have been last tackle kicking and controlling the speed of the ruck. Get these wrong against Saints and they'll punish us big time. Hoping we can give them a decent game though and it's not one of usual shambolic Sky performances.

I'm looking forward to seeing Salford play. Hopefully they throw the ball around a bit rather than try and win a forward's battle, if they try and play up the middle I think Saints will get the upper hand fairly easily.

I predict a Saints win by 14.

Salford hard done to here again saint getting some dubious decisions, how can that be sent up as a try I don't know. This looked a good game/contest for 20 minutes, all over now.

Salford on the end of some rough calls that have led to St Helens tries.

Salford defender supposedly played at a ball that was kicked into him from about a metre away and he didn’t even change his running stride or make a movement towards the ball. Saints score from the resulting set.

Next try comes from a a knock on given against Salford when the Saints player clearly makes contact with the ball and knocks it forward onto the Salford player’s head.

I know we have the luxury of slow-mo replays etc, but it seems Saints are getting to rub of the green so far.
