Mathematically correct and it was me just accepting what Eddie, Stevo and co said as last nights derby game ended.



Catalans do have 2 league points and a 75 points scoring difference in their favour though and would have to lose both games with HKR going to Saints and winning the last one.



HKR have played some good attacking rugby when I have seen them on Sky but the defence seems to leak a few points, I still don't see them being troubled too much by the middle 8 although no SL side would like to be their.

Looking at the format that the RFL have set out. This will mean a forth place finish for Fax will be home games against Widnes, Salford & HKR and away games against Wakefield, Leigh, Bradford & Sheffield.

4th would get us SL9 - SL11 & Leigh at home

However the format works out and if we get their, apart form what we do I will be following Leigh closely to see how they go on and hope they can come up with the goods against the SL sides.

Best they can hope for is the million pound game.

Worst case (and most likely) scenario for the championship clubs is that there'll be at least one of the 4 in the million pound game with the winner moving up to SL next season.
