every time we do a comeback we always fall just short everytime.



widnes came back to within 4 in the rail semi, couldnt finish the job.



whitehaven the other week- cam back to within 4 couldnt finish it



tonight came back to level- couldnt finish it.



maybe its just us having no luck on great comebacks but we always eem to come back so far and then not finish it off.



thats the title gone but lets hope we can get 3rd.

Batley is not a "tin pot team" they may not have as many "stars " as we have but they have worked darned hard since Rhino took over and I think deserved the win.

if we cant beat batley then we may as well wave goodbye to super league hopes

we shouldnt need mighty comebacks every week but we have been needing them and we have been coming most of the way back and then just cant get that try to win the game there has to be a reason why it has happended 3 or 4 times this season already.

I'm totally confused.



At half time I was spitting chips .... the defence was trully appalling and the desire just wasn't there. 2nd half of course was totally different.



My theory? "Take it easy lads first half ... let them get a roll, we have the slope 2nd half". And what a slope it is ... never fails to disappoint. But you CANNOT do them tactics ... especially against a team THAT OWNS THE BLUDDY SLOPE!



A fair result against a very very gallant Batley ... some of you guys need to learn some respect .... TIN POT TEAM? .... **** off! That "tin pot team" worked their naks off and deserve some credit. If not ALL the credit!
