Is their any such thing as under 23's? Thought it was either reserved or under 20's?



Either way can only be a good thing to get an extra side on board and be able to bring local amateurs into your set up etc. Hope all works out and eventually starts to expand down for you guys. Certainly making the tight noises anyway!

Get 1,000 Halifax fans to sign up to have £2/month taken out of their account to a special 'Youth team' account or something. That's £24,000 over a 12 monthly period. Just needs a bit of marketing behind it and a direct debit system started up, no one will miss £2 a month and once it's signed up for that's it it'll just come out of your bank straight into Fax's, hassle free.

as far as i know you can play a few over 23 players plus so many under18. so ideal for fax.

The under 23s will be a massive boost for our Club the "make up " of the new team will consist of 8x under 18s (some of whom will be drawn from previous scolership teams) and you are allowed to play 3x over 23s ( first teamers coming back from injury) There will be more news on how you can help but keep the ideas coming.

Don't live in Fax so attending do's not always possible so would happily give money each month from both of us

I will offer some things to raffle off including a signed 2010 North Queensland Cowboys Shirt, Signed 2010 NSW State of origin Shirt, Old German Rugby League Playing Shirt as well as some of the things I won from the Sponsorship draw. All I ask is that 50% is given To Fax and 50% given to the Germany RL. Wish I could do more, but getting married next year and financing German RL means not too much left over at the moment.

Below SL it was 'reserves', so where does this U23 side fit? I suspect it will just come under the 'Championship reserve league, but someone obviously thinks the RFL will think its Youth Development.
