The only team it would be tragic for would be Newcastle.

Its the whole 'We are Newcastle, we are the toon so we deserve to be in the premiership and deserveto be classed as a BIG club even though we havent won a damn thing for 50 years' garbage that get peoples backs up.

Seriously it doesn't get much closer then this in terms of relegation battles (not from what I can remember anyway). Would never have imagined 10 years ago that you would flick through 3 news channels and City would be on every one.





Got to be honest I really don't see Newcastle getting a win at Villa but a draw is definitely on, so it's really down to how City do.

The best thing that could happen to Newcastle would be to get relegated.



I'd rather Hull came 17th and Newcastle got relegated rather than Hull 16th and Sunderland to go down.
