The saga continues.



Rand Kris Welham again, got him to put me through to tickets ans season passes, someone answered after about two rings, pleasant surprise thinks I.



I'm helpfully in formed that the ticket office is closed. Well that would make sense seeing as this will be the busiest time of year for season pass sales. The helpful woman gives me the number for the ironically named "Super" Store.



I ring them.



Eight years later someone deigns to speak to me.



The first thing they say is can I take a number and call you back. Well, not really, I'm at work and so that's a bit difficult. Oh, says crest fallen unhelpful person, it's just there's a bit of a queue. What? As far as I'm concerned I've just queued up and now it's my turn.



Before the conversation descended into expletives I just said I would ring back later.

My saga today started at about 9.30am, arrived at the shop on Holderness Road, three people in queue so I joined it. I noticed that one of the terminals was taking a long time to start up which made the waiting longer, but no problem as I hadn't a time limit. I finally got to the front and handed my form over, I was paying with my debit card, I also handed over my last passcard, the process started and I was asked for my card which was put into the system, I put my pin number in and it rejected it, reset, number in again and it rejected, it also did it a third and I was told it had locked out, so that was that. I went home and rang my bank who advised I needed to go to the bank and unlock it at the ATM, so made a special journey into town and put the card into the ATM, it asked for the number, I put it in, it asked what cash I wanted, I selected it, thank you please your card and receipt and wait for your money it said, I did that and got my money, no lockout, no problem.

I then went back to the shop, waited in another queue and paid for my 2012 pass which can be collected in December.

For a club that wants its fans to purchase passes they don't make it easy.

It's ridiculous.



I'm going to do it on line and just grit my teeth at the £5 rip off for not trusting them with my debit card and the £3 rip off they charge for [inot[/i posting it which then necessitates a one hundred and eighty mile round trip to pick it up.

Shambles. the KC ticket office is brilliant

Edit. I've burnt my sausages now, that will teach me not to be such a smartar$e

Not my sausages exactly, I should have put the childrens sausages. The main reason for me not eating such things are the texture & the thought of whats in them, which kind of covers Quorn and the like. I would never ask Mr Baldhead or the boys not to eat meat, I just refuse to kiss him until he's brushed his teeth after he's eaten a steak or something.

i had a student (concession) pass last season but am no longer a student so am i able to change it to an adult one and pay the renewal price?

I would think so. A guy was renewing a few passes today & one had changed from a junior to a youth, with an increase in price.
