we did not even get a bonus point at home, which shows how badly we played and we all knew this was going to happen if you think about recent results and the way we have played. there needs to be big changes in the playing personnel.



i am not sure about cullen we seem to have gone worse and in our coaching staff there are no coaches who used to be backs when they played, saying that look how many ex forwards are on the coaching staff and we still have problems in the forwards.

I'm not sure you can blame Cullen. You can't coach motivation, team spirit and pride in the shirt. You've either got it or you haven't. This bunch of individuals is losing it by the bucket load week on week.

But how can you instil any of that in a bunch of egotistical players who make it clear they don't want to be at the club? Any player pulling on a professional rugby league shirt should not need motivation, pride or team spirit coaching into them. We had it in abundance last year when we were up against that 9 point deficit.

Cullen hasn't moaned about the players. But we all know our pack is one of the poorest in the Championship. As such, we stand little chance of being anything other than a mid-table team whoever is coach.

I remember Daryl Powell being shuffled upstairs at Leeds. There was only one way he was going after that - out the door. Kelly will face the same fate.
