The Brother is for me absolutely spot on. Remember Judas saying before the Derby that Radford cannot speak during games becaus he takes so much out of himself! He is a real worker, played out of position, expected to do things that he is not designed to do and often played for far too long. He may not be Mr Super star but he won't let us down and even at 31 he still packs a fair bit of punch (Ask Mick Vella!)
Once again he is a creature of poor coaching! |

On the back of that i think its fair to say that we will see the best of Radford next year in a better pack and hopefully in a team that can keep hold of the ball and that has a scrum half. |

I agree all packs need a Radford style player, our problem is we have to many workman like players (not all at the moment) in the pack and not enough quality.
The big exclusive must have taken all of two minutes i was looking inside for the rest of the interview  |

I guess im putting his captaining to one side, i think his performances as a workhorse forward are better than most. |

We'll have to agree to differ. Whilst we're clearing out the deadwood, he should be somewhere near the top of the list, IMO. Works hard in defence, but offers literally nothing in attack. If we were to keep him as emergency cover for injuries on a relatively low salary, then fair enough. The fact is, he's club captain and, as such, probably one of our higher earners. |
