For someone who suggests the club hasn't got ambition that's ing mental!



Losing Long and Horne could be over 200k and replacing them with Smith who we could get for 60-80k is doing it on a budget!

Which is why we wont do it, we'll keep Horne on about £80k for two more seasons, we're far too sentimental.

If we sign Smith I'd go with:

6. Horne / Turner

7. Tim Smith

9. Obst

14. Houghton



Coupled with Westerman or Whiting at 13 rather than a prop i'd say that's a fairly creative side.

So Horne on a reduced deal, Smith in for Long, Fitz to be replaced internally.



Is the cap dropping to a million?

No we're going to use the rest for a top class prop and a top class right centre.

Gleesons in, according to the other thread, and were under the cap.

Will Danny Nicklas not be ready for next season?

Danny is more a 6 and is likely to not be ready for SL yet, with his development being 12 months behind due to this injury. Williams is the more likely at the minute but still probably not ready according to those that have seen him more than me.
