Maybe I am pessimistic, depressed, frustrated etc... but I think that's only natural given the direction our squad has gone in the last three or four seasons. I certainly don't need somebody with B&W specs on taking the pi$$ out of me. Maybe I go too far sometimes but I cannot believe some people who will never here a negative word spoken about our squad.

I think you need to chill out a bit TBH. I don't think the poster in question wears B&W specs particularly, and the comment wasn't really offensive.



Regards the license question, as usual with the RFL the situation is confused. The criterion about finishing places is based on an average over 3 seasons. That can't have started until this season as otherwise Salford and Celtic are screwed before they've even kicked a ball. On the other hand, the RFL stated that clubs would get 6 months notice of licence renewal, which doesn't fit with the first timeline. What will actually happen is anyone's guess, but it will almost certainly involve a fudge of some kind.



We have every chance of finishing in the top 8 this season even with our limited squad and coach, largely thanks to the tightness of the competition. If we finish top 8 next season as well I reckon that we'll keep the point and keep our A license. Even if we don't we can only drop 1 grade in any review so will have at least a B licence. That gives us plenty of time to turn things around.



In short - getting the A licence last year was absolutely key as it ensured 9 years worth of SL survival. A lot can happen in that time.

Its not that some people wear black and white specs all the time and wont hear a negative word said against the club. A lot of people like me are sick and tired of reading continuous negative threads about the club, and some people on here will turn every positive thread into a negative one, and by the looks of it this includes you. Try getting behind your club and supporting it instead of knocking it at every turn ffs.

I say it exactly as I see it !! In the last three or four seasons there have been many more negatives than positives but I don't just "knock at every turn" as you put it. I also post when we do something good and some of our signings have been very good ones.



As for the continuous negative threads, ofcourse there are, I'm sure you have you been and paid your hard earned cash time and time again only to be left feeling deflated having not got your money's worth. The amount of negative threads reflect our fans overwhelming feeling of frustration at seeing our steep decline and general lack of ambition when it comes to appointments of coaches and signings of players.

Thats the chance you take with any sport though.



Fully agree on that point....we had the chance for a clean sweep of the coaching staff but,imo,we have gone backwards in the coaching stakes.I believe we have the players but not the coach to get the best out of them.

Agar is a very good coach but since Jon Sharp came here we have gone backwards as Huddersfield did. If Agar was to leave then the board would just put Sharp in Charge and that would be awful.

Come on, last year we struggled to get 17 players fit to play and Peter Sharpe had stuffed us early on in the season. But we still tried to play attacking rugby.

FC can only go forward from last year as stated above by someone. Last year was an ultimate low (league low) for me and i never imagined us being at the bottom come end of the season. However a club as big as FC should be able to cope with a few injuries and i believe we can cope this season
