I'm willing to give the lad a go. He'll be good cover at HB and FB and although he's not really going to direct things he does have an excellent kicking game, which we are sadly lacking.

I do remember watching a Hudds game on SS when rocket rod had a nightmare at FB and Thorman came in and made things worse...me thinks he needs to play SO or SH to be effective.

Not slating the player himself, cracking player but I see him as a reasonable quality English Stand Off. We already have one of them so I think we've thrown our money the wrong way.
