Hes been poor for most of the season and hes had long enough to settle in,its not as though hes new to playing at superleague level..how he got quins player of the year is beyond me,they must have had some real class turning out for them last year!!
I can understand were your coming from saying its abit early for Lynne but like i say i dont see him being any worse..yes his positional play is an issue but hes got pace and hel only get better.. |

Not good enough for superleague? He was at Harlequins just as Broughton & Hall are at their new clubs. Always a scapegoat perhaps if he saw the ball more frequently wouldn't have to come looking for it and getting caught out of position because he's covering for others. Not as much passion as Lynne he oozes enthusiasm!

What has broughton and hall got to do with anything?? Nothing to do with being a scapegoat..strange comment really as a winger cant be responsible for us having such a poor season and i dont think anyone would say its all sharps fault.???
Your clearly related to will sharp if your happy with his performances and cannot see the flaws in his game... |

Yeaman/Briscoe don't have a potent, dangerous partnership at all. If i were a winger there would be two centres i would never want to play outside of, yeaman ( shock, horror ) would be one and willy tonga would be the other. The chances of getting anything other than a hospital pass are slim and none.

I never understood the excitement when we signed Sharp. But when a team's edge defence has been so systematically weak under the same coach for so many years, I find it pretty hard to blame the poor sod that happens to be stood there.
Especially when the alternative is Kevin Penny mk2.

Good point we could play the worlds best winger on on that side and he would still get caught out we get sucked in far to often and with to much ease and have done for a number of years something that needs sorting out. |
