One thing I noticed about Seymour last night is that ,on numerous occasions, within 15 metres of the Leeds line, he was first receiver on the 4th tackle and he was quite often tackled leaving him to play the ball rather than him being in position to kick on the last, leaving the kicking duties to Horne which resulted in few repeat sets.

Going back to the OP, i think there was more gloating from your fans when you beat us at your place in may tbh. That aside it was always going to come down to which team defended better, as a leeds fan i am very happy to get the two points first and foremost, but also very happy in the defensive side of our game, we actually looked like we wanted to defend something we havent seen for a fair while from our side!



Pitts never really got a proper chance at our place but i like the look of him in your side and believe he will become a very decent player for you the same with watts.



You have a steal about you in defence which is much improved this year itll take time as with us its a bit of a tranistional period but there is plenty of positive signs

its because i can see improvements, you arent going to go from just getting in the 8 to top 4 over night, u like leeds have some very talented youngster its just a case of getting the right balance, and im sure you're all more confident in someone like gentle than you were in agar to build a competitive side?

At the beggining of the season we were short on props and this is being shown up now. I dont know if O'Meley is injured or they just wont play him, if we had two proper props on the bench I think we could of won it. Releasing O'Carrol when he was fit was strange, he might not be a world beater but he adds size. Aspinwall is just backrower as is Radford. Leeds always had the advantage in the pack. I dont like the look of a mobile pack, might work in aus with hard grounds but across here I doubt it, i hope im proved wrong
