What we definatelu shouldn' do is find a place for his out of some sense of mis-placed loyalty for his playing career.

Absolutely, but I have a feeling the club believe they may owe him something and he'll end up been given the Director of Football role, or something daft like that.

I bet Hull make Lee Crooks an assistant to Andy Last and youth talent scout. He is an Ull lad and knows all the local amature RL teams and coaches. Youth development or similar is my guess.
