How about Sika Manu being exempt from the cap in a Sam Tomkins marquee sort of way?

I hope it will be Manu....a big signing that would really boost pass sales further, the club are aware the majority of passes are bought before Dec 31st deadline so it is unlikely there will be any fannying about with this one.

I'm sad to see him go even though I fully understand why it is necessary. 100% player with some off-the-cuff quality in attack.

Wrong. Just because we accepted a fee for a 31yr old who was going to leave on a free the following yr doesn't mean were going to accept offers for our best young players. Our finances are no where near as bad people like to think.
