With a thread like this we are just going to leave it open, otherwise things just get repeated.

No idea mate. All I have said is we spoke to Fielden and had a deal agreed but then backed away from it and that Meli has been for talks aswell. We were also talking to Gleeson but it fell through.

Is it 2006? Are we trying to bring in the sl stars in their prime??

Fielden seems to be doing pretty well for the team at the top of SL. Gleeson is in and out form wise but is still at a decent age and Meli is a great finisher and a powerful runner.
