Often criticised for sitting in a Van eating Magnum Ice Creams whilst the walkers go by, its time for MJB to get off his backside and do something to raise money for the Charities i represent.



Here is my Challenge, i hope for your support and total mickey taking at every opportunity.



I currently weigh in at a extremely attractive 18st 12lbs.



By the 9th August i have to be under 15 Stone to do my next part of the Challenge which will be to do a Parachute Jump.



I will keep you upto date with my Weight loss or gain on a weekly basis.



Shortly i will be setting up a justgiving site and your support would as always be most grateful.

She's Jillian Michaels, a trainer on The Biggest Loser. She gets uber-fat people to lose boatloads of weight in no time at all. One bloke she's training in the current series lost 100lbs in just eight weeks, which is unsurprisingly a record for the show.





Her workout DVDs are brutal but they've completely changed the way I look. She fookin rocks!
