I hope he reaches his full potential there. I don't think he was going to do it with us, big fish, small pond and all that. Don't think our team performances will suffer.

Not convinced he's that big a fish - just that he thinks he is! 
Wish him well, but he does need to work on the technical stuff before he can be the player he wants to be.
Agree he needs to move on to develop. |

Not me pall, i said we were in negotiations to sign him, he wanted to come and that Wakefields terms were not agreable to Wigan due to the nature of the cash plus players. |

If he goes then so be it. It'll be a deal which suits us as he is under contract and i have faith in Kear and the board. Atkins himself hasn't developed as most would have hoped and it'll probably be a deal that suits both parties.
I'm sure we'll bring in better or at least someone who will give 100% and take the opportunity with open arms
