Changing the subject then, I also thought that Blanch was going to be missed massively this season. However, I now reckon that due to the form of Murphy and Morton, Blanch my not be expecting to walk straight back into the side and could effectively leave Pietersen as our 4th choice winger?

Yep. Maybe what I meant didn't come out right - I meant it would be better from the players AND fans, not just from the players. Not tying to devalue the players' opinions, cos they're obviously the ones who know what they're talking about. But it's good to see the sane fans do rate him. |

Has anyone actually read my first post? At no point have I said I don't rate Blaymire, I merely stated that I feel full back is an area we can improve.
I must assume that everyone feels that a 5th place finish is the pinnacle and that there is no need even attempt to finish higher?
