I would be surprised if AG hasn't already looking into finding another developer and site, if you could find a developer and site you could just use the stadium plans from NM and tweak them to meet the needs of the new site. AG could easily finance the a new stadium, a successful business man like him will have a good credit rating and a wealth of investments to borrow against.
