If Blaymire could add that bit extra to his game, then I wouldn't swap him for any of the above.

Quality cost money something we do not have a lot of. Horses for courses re Henderson. We can put him in the Duncan Mcgivallry (sorry spelling)mold. Very much appreciated at the time but will not be missed when he finally moves on. I do think Henderson has been very solid for us this season. I cannot remember him making a mistake. Well done Kevin!

I can see your point imwakefieldtillidie. Hodgson is on the next step above Blaymire along with Webb. But they are on big money. We need a reality check. We are watching Wakefield. Please do not get carried away. A couple of months ago some were calling for Kears head. Remember?

No you just like moaning and are one of those sad people who can't just give a bit of credit to someone. Why pull him down for something those that really count think he is worthy of. It is really pathetic, small mined and petty.

That time comes when the club is in such a position that supporters don’t even think about discussing whether or not the first home play off in the clubs history will fetch over 5K or not.

Why look for faults?

I'm not looking for faults, just ways we can improve. And I fully agree that we have the best coach in Super League. As for being small minded and petty, I seem to remember a large amount of supporters calling for Kear's head during the poor run half way through last season and am pleased to say I wasn't one of them.

I really don’t think there was a large proportion, perhaps one or too of the more fickle supporters out there but that was it.

He's not flash, he's not a gamebreaker - he's solid and reliable, and gives confidence to those in front of him AND he's getting better and learning.



Against Hull he got trampled by Yeaman in a 'two on one' scenario 'cos he was trying to cover both players instead of just ting the guy with the ball- against Saints in a similar scenario he made a try saving tackle (against Wellens?) that effectively won us the match as much as any of our trys did.
