A coach is only as good as their last campaign. This is a results business and it is harsh at times. Sometimes leaving at the end of a campaign is the best for both parties. As long as he is given notice of lack of renewal so that plans can be put in place for him and for the club.

At the start of the season I thought Kear would be our biggest asset at the club due to the lack of quality signings' and the young inexperienced players brought in through various reasons because of his motivational skills, this proved to be the case up to a point, but these last couple of months he does not seem to be able to motivate himself never mind the team and imo the only motivation he has shown is to try and get himself a job at another club, if he stays then we will just have to get on with it, but for my money we need to look for a younger man with fresh ideas' and personally I would be disappointed if he stayed.
