Would stick with him at moment. Stand off's if good could be too expensive if we looked to replace. If we got to play offs again this year and he's still not made it might be tempted to let go but only if someone was available at right price. Some people don't realise we are not an established force both on and off the field yet. Once we are we can start possibly cut players contracts short if not up to it.

We need a lot of things at the moment but not him lol

In my opinion if Isaac John had been given as much match time as Woods I think you would have seen a much better player. I believe in my 55 years of watching Wakey that Woods is one of the worst half backs I have seen at Belle Vue.

Don't understand some fans dismissive attitude towards Kyle Wood. The kid changed more than a few games last season and deserves a hell of a lot more credit than some afford him. I must be watching a different game to some folk. To say he is one of the worst we've had only proves this. Ridiculous comment.

I thought he did well last season and improved as it went on. The end of season DVD, highlights some cracking rugby from him.

Improved massively in my view, i think John would greatly benefit from the same kind of insertion against other teams that are tiring. Big step up to playing seasoned pros from Toyota cup (even though they are Australian, so automatically a million times bigger and better).

I think he needs a chance even if its just because he's got 2 more years and a quota space so we need to get some kind of tune out of him.

Totally agree,I thought he was outstanding ,and took his opportunity well,I too wonder if I was watching the same game,but never mind.

Easy! Just contributing to a discussion. He's a good player and when he gets his chance again at 6 he will be more effective with an even stronger pack and back line than at the beginning of last season. I'm happy that he's staying we've got a good squad unlike Salford!





In connection with the chat about Wood, he's a very good young player with a good turn of pace. A good impact player off the bench at 9.

Agree with Wood can only get better. He is willing to learn and i think will be great 9. Or in the future even a fb. Also agree with John if on the field as much as Wood would of / could of been great too.

But as with all players that don't get picked they are not going to get any better unless they have regular game time.
