if it were upto me, id be looking to bring in someone, preferably english, who is established and who will bring real quality to the side. somebody who has the qualities and the status which demands the young lads look up to and can learn off. |

i am sure ryan will become a very competent prop for cas he is still very young in terms of props and cas should keep him. he will only sign if he is offered better money or in the end feels he will outlast TM at the club and he will have a future with Cas. |

Paul Jackson we are being told. although the club are keen to promote a few more young lad into the second tier fo the 1st team squad.
to respond to your dig i was informed by a wakey employee wakey were running with a squad of 28 next seaosn and as many as 10 of that will be employed form the academy! |

| More than just 2 Cas players have been offered crap deals and they are not happy.
No suprise really with them having trouble paying some of there players. And they say it's us with the money trouble  |
