I think if it is anything to do with us, it will just be us preparing the RFL for next weeks inevitable call to the administrators.
If we are supposed to be in the high court on the Wednesday 2nd, it's my bet that we will be on the blower some time Monday!

My money is on
1 -Administrators being appointed on Monday.
2 - A "pre-pack" administration within 24 hours or so, with one of the interested parties' new company taking over the assets (and the players and relevant staff under the TUPE rules) at what the Administrator will say was the best price obtainable, given the severe time frame to allow the club to start the new SL season, without starting which the club is worthless
3 - The RFL immediately admitting Wakefield Trinity 2011 Ltd (or whatever the new company gets called) to SL by assigning the Licence to it from the old company. And the RFL will say it was not prepared to allows a club in Administration to play in SL, hence the Administrator "had no choice" but to move so quickly.
The fact that you seem to have had interested parties conducting due dilligence suggests to me the process is well advanced. And I can;t see anyone wanting to take over the existing company, and pay off its debts and also assume any unrecorded or contingent liabilities and any other historical baggage. If time is of the essence, can't see there being time to convene the necessary creditors' meetings and put proposals to them.
That is my prognosis, but I may well be miles out!
