Guess we've finally got a sponsor for the new stands then.

Hopefully lessons have been learned from last season and the hype isnt followed by what people see as a disappointing announcement (eg like when tadulala re-signed).



Dont get me wrong any sponsorship is good news, but the build up has to be kept in proportion.

A new player signing is something for the fans to get their teeth into but sponsorship, though essential is hardly going to create much hype I'd have thought.

That depends upon who the sponsor is and what they are prepared to and put into the club

Sign of the times, I'm afraid, mate. Corporate sponsorship and plastic seats are sooooo much more exciting than what goes on on the pitch. Essential, like you say, but the fact that we're all becoming conditioned to this new reality is a bit sad, IMO.
