Stuck with it for about 50 minutes then switched it off,,,total & utter e!!!!!!!,,,,

Overall a mediocre tournament IMO



It was staged very efficiently and effectively by South Africa, who proved all the skeptics wrong with some great looking grounds and no real issues.



The football was very average though, with very few memorable games and once again big players failing to shine.



it reminded me very much of Germany 2006, a well run event, but with few games and players to really remember.



I also don't think it helped (like in Austria/Switzerland) that the host nation were weak and didn't get out their group.



Fifa need to sort the ball and the goal line technology (if not technology, just another official behind each goal would do) for next time.

Poor tournament but glad the best football team won.

Torres celebated with a Liverpool scarf. Good sign for the scousers.

Fairly average final to be.honest, certainly very little ANYTHING on show, disappointing tournament as a whole too. on a semi~unrelated note, cannot believe how much Hansen bashes one out over Spain, they weren't that good

Average final which just about summed up the tournament. Yes the were some high-spots but far too few IMHO.

Best team won.

I didn't find it boring either. Not massively exciting, but not boring. Maybe that's because I had a bet on most games though

Thankfully that total waste of time, space and money is over.



Perhaps people may realise that the game is as dull as ditchwater and they are being conned left right and centre but I doubt it.
