The bottom line is we arn't going to win any trophies in 2009, so why pay to ditch Noble so close to the end of his contract when we could just sit it out. Even if we finished bottom, we wouldn't be going down.

Its that mentality that worries me about Warrington. Like I said the reason saints have been so succesful is by winning the challenge cup but then kicking on for the rest of the season, they didnt just say 'oh well thats it now that'l do. Warrington cannot really be a top team with that mentality, I was shocked when I saw Lee Briers say things like that after the game. They should be looking to win the GF as well but instead they don't care if they are not in the 8.

The thing you don't understand is that I actually don't mind warrington. As I said earlier in this thread I wouldn't mind warrington being succesful, I would rather wire win trophies than saints. I am sick of seeing the same teams at the top of our game, so lets hope wire don't do a Hull.

They won't sack Smith and get a complete no mark newboy coach in.

Hull had a great few years I would take that but without the fall.
