simple question. will the wigan fans be returning home in august and walking that famous walk up wembley way?



i cant help but think we will!

We're long overdue, but we've got to take each game as it comes. We're only in the quarters, not even in the semis yet.

Can't see Salford turning us over at the JJB.

However there's HKR & Wire before then. Win those two and form will have reached the very top and morale likewise.

Imo our next two matches will play a big part in influencing a semi final place. win both of them matches and we will go into the Salford match full of confidance lose them both and our heads will go down like we have seen so many times with Wigan.

Its our best chance we have had for a long time with Leeds, Bradford, Hull FC, Catalanalanlanalans etc out. We are more capable than ever of beating Saints too as they have lost the hoodoo they had over us and don't look invincible as they did under Anderson, even though they won by a mile today they don't look to be playing as well as they used to.



Hudds and Hull KR are tricky, could go either way with both of them.

we need to be careful we all thought we was in the final and catalan turned us over we need to take every game serious and give our opponents full respect.



do i think wigan will get to wembley....my answer is yes

Now is the time, this cup is anyones plus I don't fear a Wigan Saints final anymore, we are capable of beating them.

So close but we're not there yet!



Salford have turned over Leeds and Hull FC this season both games away. Something we have not managed to do. They are a good side and it is certainly not a given we are in the semi-final's yet.



Although I can understand fans confidence because out of all the super league sides in the draw - you would have to have taken Salford. Plus it is at home.

Would that be the famous Wigan walk?

I really do hope we get there and win it. I was there at Murrayfield '02...But I was too young to go when Wembley was our home from home. I never got to experience that magic of 50-some thousand Wiganers making one of the greatest and most famous stadia in the world their own for a weekend. It would make my decade to get there this year - even better to face Saints and beat them!

We can't get too ahead of ourselves but you have to think it's a possibility.



Win or lose to have a day out at Wembley would be fantastic for all the Wigan fans.
