| Quote brearley84="brearley84"oh dear, just because you didnt win by 24 points you have to moan, giants dominated the 2nd half and u expected a cake walk
the performance tonight was good from the giants, shame we couldnt get a few calls to go our way, we created more chances than hull
why didnt robbo pass that ball when clean through!!
well done giants, played well tonight and without the man of steel brett hodgson , though cudjoe was excellant at full back anyway
hull kr next week cant wait
one big dissapointment is losing lunt to poss compound fracture of the arm of broken wrist
'"
tbh i thought we dominated 2/3rds of the game, the first twenty minutes of the second half belonged to you, but then we got back on top forcing 4 goal line drop outs
as for getting carried away with 2 wins from 2, not just yet, last season we won 5 from 5 and got bombarded by fans from a small club in hull claiming we hadn't played anyone, this season we have played 2 of the top 3, so things do look promising
shame about the inujuries, but all clubs get them, we should know, the last 2 seasons have been a complete disaster
good luck next week and until we meet again at the pharm

| Quote Walter Neff="Walter Neff"Edge of greatness!!!!!!!!...God,You have payed 2 games....Think you have started well but remembr last season...You won the 1st 5 games and we know what happened....So just enjoy the moment and when & if you are in the shake up come September, then that*s the time to start to shout it from the rooftops...But am not denying that you have had a good start to the season....'"
You have to forgive some of us.After the last two seasons,we seem to assembled a squad that actually gives a damn.Last season we scraped the first five games, then we were found out.
I thought last night we played well against an excellent Huddersfield side. Your defence is hard to break down, and I predicted a tight game.
After last seasons nilling you inflicted upon us,I feel we have progressed greatly.

'"
Bradford v Saints will be a good game today. One of these teams will still be on 0 points after this game. I doubt either will have expected to be there even 2 games in.

| Both will have expected to be where Hull are, as per the OP of this farcical thread. The edge of greatness! Where is the mood music when you need some, eh?

| Quote GiantJo="GiantJo"That is a great title. I suggest we all wait until Clint Eastwood makes the film of this great era in RL history. It will be greater than Invictus and This Sporting Life combined.
Kath Hetherington (Andy Serkis) shares her favourite poem ("The Mayor of Bayswater"icon_wink.gif with Sean Long (Tom Cruise) and he is inspired. At the end of the film Hull FC and Hull KR are level in the GF. Long has an easy penalty in extra time. he whispers to himself..."one black one, one white one and.........a red one!" He just kicks the ball into touch saying they should share the cup! Bringing to an end 100+ years of seperate development.
As Kath (Serkis) and Hudgell (a brilliant cameo by Bob Hoskins) carry the Cup around Old Trafford there will not be a dry eye in the cinema.'"
Thats just brilliant
