Does he want to stay here? I would have thought it would be his dream to replace Cunningham at Saints...a few have said that he would be happy enough to stay if clubs could agree, don't know how true that is. |

backwards step for me, think we have enough cover at hooker as it is, especially if robbo goes to hooker too, to be honest cant see it myself, i do know though that drew recommended grix to us, so half the rumour may be right.

Given the amount of times we have been linked with him since he left you would imagine there is some truth to it. He won't be at Wakey next year, so maybe he wants to finish his career with the Club he feels most attachment to. He'll sign.

I have every respect for Brad Drew and have no doubts that he could do a job for us for one season.
I am concerned that Browns injury is serious and that he will be out longer term. We need some cover in the halves and at Hooker. Drew gives us that.
If it is true i fully support NBs judgement.

Is Brown's injury the same as the one Aspinwall had which required a full knee reconstruction? |

according to the club they are in no rush to do a scan. They have said that it is a medial ligament. I am sure i read somewhere that KB thinks he has done his Cruciate as well and is worried he could be out for 9 months.
If it is his cruciate it probably would be an Aspy type reconstruction.
