I feel a bit angry with Nathan brown - lost a bit of respect for him in way. Every year he has disrupted the giants camp by claiming he will be going home. Yet he has now signed a 3 year deal with saints. He has a fantastic squad with lots of British talent and has got us in the top 4 over the past few years, plus challenge cup final. Why sign a 3 year deal with saints when he could of committed with us for another few years. We now have a unproven British coach taking charge of a us next year. This is not a dig at Paul Anderson but if I had a chance of Nathan brown or Anderson I know who I would choose.



Gutted, ed off. Yet again Nathan has disrupted the camp and not only that we now going to have the constant rumours of players going to follow him to saints.

Works with Anderson on a daily basis, probably every minute of the day. I assume they are good friends by now.

Were the one year deals browns choice or thewlis'? Im willing to bet there is a clause allowing him to take an aussie job. No big players are ooc - Anderson needs to ensure fairbank and Eden sign. I wonder if the billy slater comment was to help Eden make the choice to switch to saints- Wellens is getting on a bit.....

Contracts are worth nothing these day jools. I just hope thewlis is nailing down those 2 to long term deals tho so we can get some cash like we did for griffin

regarding taking players with him i doubt this will happen...its abit like when tony smith went to the rhinos...nobody went with him and he said he wouldnt seek too either.



anycase saints have loads of talented players and youngsters, brown working with youngsters = brilliant news for saints.

Oh come on - this is just not about a man being unemployed. He has had the opportunity to stay in employment for another 3 years. He choose to leave the giants but signs a 3 year deal elsewhere.

To be fair looking at our players in 2003 who Would have got into that Leeds side?



But if you are comparing our players now lots of our players could easily fit into any team now - especially Saints
