I would expect it's well in to a six figure sum that LISA have donated over the years - an updated figure would be a great way of advertising LISA's contribution to the club IMO.

The Watcher would agree with Leyther Matt & he is wondering how many shares LISA has been issued with ?

The same amount of shares that any sponser of the club receives.

The Watcher has read that for every £20,000 donated a share would be issued. The Watcher wonders again how many shares LISA has been awarded.

Maybe the arrangement was for every £20k donated from the time the new administration took effect?



After all, if the arrangement were to be back-dated, then just think how many people have donated over £20k going back over the years.

LISA have not donated £20K since that statement was issued and one thinks the watcher knows that and is trying again to make mischief in his own pathetic little way.

Plus is it in LISA's own constitution that they would ask for a share issue for every £X issued? if not wouldn't it have to be voted on by it's members to accept any share issue?

Why let details like that get in the way of a good **** stir?

Im sure members would not turn down the shares we have been offered.

WE are there to raise money to pay for players, and yes over the years we have probably been the biggest sponser and haven't perhaps been given credit for how much money we have raised , however times are changing and we have been promised shares, although this doesn't change anything. It was also said they would back date it.

This season we are sponsering 4 players and our membership is at its highest ever.

Everything is achieveable if we work hard enough to get it.

Once the share thing has been sorted our members will have to elect someone to take the seat.

I could not live with the criticism as I am a simple soul who likes to keep a low profile.



My opinion is' the smaller the Board' the quicker decisions are reached.



Seems to me LISA should be about raising funds to buy players or to assist the club through bad times. I doubt many members would enjoy being a representative on the Board as the Board and LISA are in regular contact anyway.
