I'm quite happy this season watching my team 'fade', 'be in a false position', or be 'there for the taking' every week!
We might lose the next 4. We might lose both games in the play offs and get humiliated in the process - I don't know what will happen. But so far, given a more fortuitous display from a ref (from Leigh) on a foul thursday night on May, we'd still be undefeated this season!!!!

| League season - Played 16 Won 15! For a team that's fading, there for the taking, in a false position, lucky etc etc etc - I'll take it!!!! It might end in tears but for now I'll take all the luck, and continue to watch us fade !! 
Lost one - Toulouse. A game in which we defeated ourselves rather than as a result of the ref! However, a couple of 50/50's in that game went the way of Toulouse that if they went our way we may well have been "Undefeated"!! - but hey ho, we lost eh? I've seen us lose afoore and I will do again! |

I applaud a realist. Fev are top because they are the best team in the league, this season. There can be no argument about that, as results against =#FF0000ALL the other sides prove it. In that context, we Leythers should also be realists. We have lost twice, by just eight points against the best team in the league. Would we have settled for that, before the season began? I would!!
Well done Fev - you can't argue with results over a full league season. |
