Just seen on the website that 3 of the 4 Units to be used as restaurants are now sold, 'The Real China' look to have bought Units 1 & 2, never heard of them before this but after googling them, they actually look quite good.

Lots. Nandos is Portugese style chicken dishes. Franky and Bennys is American Diner style food.
