My statement about the imagined wrongdoings of DJ was not against any specific content within this thread but relates to a number of tired old routines about him paying players with brown paper envelopes, betting 50k on Barrow to win the GF (bet he wishes that one was true) and others about his supposed failings. For all he is supposedly an undesirably character he has yet to be the subject of any discipline or reprimand from the governing body or be the subject of any official complaints. He may not be everyone's cup of tea but it would be boring if we were all the same and I think the game needs =#FF0000characters, warts and all.'"

I honestly cannot see much point in defending the indefensible.
He was wrong about his team because they played some good stuff and are a very competant side. He should get one of Freds DVD,s and watch that first half again as should all those Barrow fans who think their side played badly.
Give credit where it is due Leigh should have won.
His bad mouthing of his side will backfire on him.

I do give credit to Leigh for their performance and I am not defending his outburst as such. But how many of the people who are on here slagging him actually heard him being disrespectful to Leigh, intentionally or not.
I don't see how you can say Leigh should have won, it was 4 tries to 3 and on balance I think the draw was fair to both sides as they both played some good and poor rugby, typical start of season stuff really.
I noticed that both Chris Young and Steve McCormack were complimentary about Leigh in post match interview's, pity Millward didn't see fit to return the compliment.

Please explain why publishing it wouldnt give me much credit? it is the truth, but I have more respect for the Barrow club than it would appear the chairman of that club has, the people who were present know that it was the 'rantings' of a spoiled child who didnt recieve his sweets that night.
