Again don't have a clue what you rave on about sometimes.....one minute you accuse me of having different guises on here, and the next you consistently post things like this in reply to my posts.....all because I put differing opinion across.

I say what I want and believe is right, and as long as I don't offend anybody thats all what matters. Afterall its a message board where it is natural to have differing opinions, and makes the board more interesting than the discussion or sometimes rants going the one way.

As another Cougars fan I can only sympathize with what has happened to Leigh today.



Many years ago we won what is now called the Championship and were denied a place in Super League because the RFL wanted London there.



Being relegated not on merit but because of where you come from is plain wrong and in my opinion borderline racist.



If it's any consellation I hope Cougars go on to win the playoffs and get promoted because I feel Leigh next season will dominate Championship 1 next season even more tham Dewsbury have this.

Exact same thing happened with Widnes when we finished above Catalans. The whole system is a joke and i feel sorry for your club and fans and hope you bounce back next year.

Ok l`ll stick to my OP ...............You do come across as being anti-Leyther ,even given your chosen user name............So unless I`m given info from someone on here who`s known to me I will treat you as I deem fit........ A troll................

Which posts show me as anti Leyther ? I challenge you to find a post. When you find you can't then you can be big enough to hold your hand up, and accept I may have differing opinion of how the great game should go but it doesn't make me any less of a Leigh fan.

I'll just add a bit of sensibility about the Yorkshire teams. Most of the lads playing outside of SL subsidise their weekly wage by playing RL and win bonus's.



The thought of a team saying 'lets throw this £XYZ win bonus in the bin so ABC can stay in the league' is a bit silly. They spend all year knocking lumps out of each other for not a lot of money, so why on earth would they throw away a good few hundred quids win bonus?

About sums it up for me!!



IMHO one game defined our season - the loss to Featherstone, at home, in front of the SKY cameras where we not only tossed a lead, but proceeded to toss the bonus point that ultimately would have made all this discussion unnecessary!!



Ah, well - onwards and upwards!!

So you'd honestly prefer that Catalans got relegated and went bust rather than them going on to develop a thriving team that can attract 18,000 to a game in Barcelona? I think its more telling that a club who have been around for over a century can't pull in a decent crowd.
