I thought it was a penalty also.
Donlan clear slid in with his feet after the ball was down - clear penalty. Had it been the other way round I think we'd have different views.
No complaints on it from me.

Isn't it the Wgan game when TC kneed Henderson Gill after he scored? 4 got sent off that Day !!
The Lancs cup game you mention, we won. Don't recall anyone being sent off.
Donlon was unluck as far as I'm concerned. The Catalans player should not has pyssed around in planting the ball down. Stu went down with his legs to prevent the ball being grounded.
Was it Blanche ? I thought it was Baille ? |

That was my thought at the time.
Another thought that went through my mind at the time was..did
donlan go in like he did in an attempt to provoke a response from the catalan players and was he prepared to take a smack to try and get a catalan player done. |

I always knew you leigh lot werent too hot on your league but I was amazed at having to tell your fans in the stand what an 8 point try was and why it was blatantly given. Its a good job I didnt tell them I was a Wire fan or I wouldnt have made it out alive. You'd think the average age of the blokes and women in that stand there'd be a few seen in yer time. FWIW as a neutral there were a couple of sceptical calls, as in any RL match but Child was fine, best game ive seen him referee actually. THIS is why I LOVE you lot, you're all mad, deluded, havent a clue, it gives me great entertainment educating you all. Go and watch the game again and begrudgingly into your coffee admit he was right on almost every call.
