To be honest there were a lot of contenders today. Nanyn was clinical near the line and with the boot however he made a couple of poor decisions in defence and also in attack that forced him into touch a couple of times.



Higson was solid, not a winger but did his job, surprised to see Maden in the centres and him on the wing. Nicholson had a very impressive debut and I thought that his performance had an impact on McConnell's second half stint which was also impressive and took us up a notch.



Our forwards were immense though, the amount of work that the quartet of Goulden, Taylor and Armitstead got through was incredible but Leuluai was my man of the match. Never took a backwards step and ran the ball in strongly all game and put some great hits in when defending. The all round team performance was good and even with injuries i'd feel confident taking on teams with the kind of side we had out today.

Duffs and Jock pushed us around the field in equal measures backed up abley by Riddy and Nicho, but Armys second spell was immense.

to tough to call, each player did something that caught my eye, a real team effort

Was Donlan injured as he appeared to be limping, before , during and after the game?

Surely it will only make it worse playing if he is injured, I would play Morty Sunday, if that was the case and give Stu a rest.

The pride I felt when clapping the lads off the field made me smile all the way home.All the lads seem to want to play well every week and you can see the disappointmet when they loose.This year it is a big team effort and it's a shame there can only be one mom.I am sorry but I just could'nt pick one, they all made me PROUD.
