am i the only person who thinks he is a useless fat aussie who is vastly overated and a liability?? People seem to think he is one of our stand out players but i just cant fathom why

Armistead works hard enough but looks to me like he's carrying a bit to much timber. Runs good angles though and has an impressive beard.

thing is, he won 'Championship 1 Player Of The Year' 2008.
Last year, did not rate him, mentioned it on here... got slated for it.
Been much better this season, no doubting his enthusiasm, his strength is 'offloading in the tackle'. I would always have Armistead in the 17, but not always the 13.
