i had a wonderful day - spoilt by 80 minutes in the stadium by our players and our so called supporters - but i met some wonderful people and some very very gracious Wire fans in victory who were all very sympathetic with us.

A great day throughout, was good to see Huddersfield fans mixing with Wire fans in and around the pubs and joining in with all the singing and banter, and all friendly.

Well done lads, you really deserved your win. I felt you played a really intelligent game, in fact you played a very similiar style to our own with one difference....you lot were better at it! Also, big shout out to your support which was fantastic. All in all I woke up this morning feeling the same as I did when I went to bed, the best team won! Go on the Wire!!!

Nice Post. Got a text from a St Helens fan after the game saying We did to you what you did to them in the Semi at Warrington. It was a good game and one that proved to the rest of Super League that there is much more to come from both sides in the future. Well Done Hudds

Was pleased for Briers to actually have won something. Has been a good servant to RL and to Wire ( although i hate the gobby get).



Also all your fans i came into contact with were a credit to the game. Good banter with them all.
