Wardley is up market enough for me,we have a train station,decent boozers,greenbelt land,a bookies,some decent takeaways,a swingers club and until recently one of the most famous brass houses in salford!!!!!

It's sad when you get people from one northern working class town/city, making fun of the other on grounds of deprivation and unemployment. Oh how the RU fans from affluent areas must laugh at us all.
FWIW even though I'm a Wire fan I will have to stick up for Salford here. When I'm minted I want to move to Salford, get an apartment on Salford Quays overlooking the Irwell and able to see the skyline of Manchester and Old Trafford, don't need to bother with a car, easy transport access into Manchester for work, live the dream.
