Have to love the NRl rose tints LF. Having watched some truly dire performances by the likes of the Roosters, Warriors and Sharks this year there are plenty of SL players who are more than a match for some of the "talent" running around in the NRL!

That wasnt his point though was it! It was that people who were average in a average hudd team can hold down positions in the NRL.

plenty would make it. he obvious ones such as burgess, peacock, roby would be revelations. jordan tansey played some pretty solid footy before "homesickness" took over. if players are willing to come over, complete the pre season and see out a contract, a lot of talented british players would make it in the nrl.

Well that was predictable.

Spot on, there are quite a few English players that would have no problem getting into the starting 17 at those clubs. More English palyers should give it a try, and it would great to see. Lets face it there are many average players playing in the NRL who are not as good as quite a few English. To sugegst every NRL players is superior to every Englishmen is so biased its laughable.



As for Ellis, funny how his fellow players, his coach and many NRL fans think highly of him

while your slating english players. there are plenty of aussies with big reps that have come to england and been shocking. i think it just comes down to which type of rugby suits that players game
